Due to the fact that much of my major deals with using social media to send specific messages and communicate on behalf of an organization, we learn A LOT about the benefits, as well as the potential harms, of using social media. All day long I have it drilled into my head that "anything you put on the internet becomes permanent, archive-able, searchable information that can never fully be removed"
Imagine hearing that all day and then coming home and wanting to blog?? Not really. Even though my blog isn't what I would call controversial, still the fact that I can never fully remove anything I put on here is kind of creepy.
That being said, another part of the reason I haven't blogged in forever is because I said I was going private (which I still am) But I keep putting off gathering everyone's emails and actually privatizing my blog. So don't think I'm a liar, we're still going private pretty soon..
Now on to the "bloggy" part. Before school started again this semester, Blake and I wanted to do as many fun things as we could in our little two week or so break from Summer term to Fall semester. Here's what we came up with:
We went to Park City for a night and visited the Olympic sites up there.

We went to Dave and Jennica's wedding. Jennica and I have been good friends for a really long time. It was so fun to be there and see her get married. Everything was so beautiful that day and Jenn looked like an angel! Look how beautiful her dress is. We're so happy for you guys!
We hit up "two-buck tuesdays" at Thanksgiving Point. It was cool to see the beautiful gardens, although we decided it's probably one of those activities that's really fun to do with little kids but not so fun without. After about ten minutes I think we got our fill of the gardens. We met my sisters there and had lunch with them.

Taylor's face is so funny! I love my nieces and nephews. I didn't get pictures of the boys because they went outside to play.
